First a question, then a suggestion.

1. How do I submit an item for your review?

2. How about this article?
A Whaling We Will Go
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20071118/ap_on_re_as/japan_hunting_humpbacks

The humpback whale population has recovered from an estimated 1,200 members to between 30,000 and 40,000! What a fantastic story!

And how did this happen? I would suggest putting property rights on whaling as the moratorium did was key in overcoming the tragedy of the commons.

Celebrate everybody! We can go whaling again!
